Job Description:
Satva Solutions is looking for an experienced US Accounting Executive to manage accounting operations, maintain financial records, and ensure compliance with US accounting standards. The candidate should have strong knowledge of bookkeeping, financial reporting, and accounting software.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day US accounting operations
• Maintain general ledger and financial records
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Perform bank reconciliations and financial analysis
• Prepare financial statements and reports
• Process payroll and support tax compliance activities
• Maintain accounting records using QuickBooks and related software
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients for financial documentation

Required Skills:
• US Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Bookkeeping and General Ledger Management
• Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Bank Reconciliation and Financial Reporting
• QuickBooks and Accounting Software
• Payroll Processing and Tax Compliance
• MS Excel and Data Analysis

Eligibility:
• B.Com / M.Com / Commerce Graduate Preferred
• 8 to 10 Years of Experience
• Strong knowledge of US accounting practices required
