About the Role
Jinora Ethnic is looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to support day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and financial documentation, with a willingness to learn and grow.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily accounting records, vouchers, and financial transactions.
Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
Assist in preparing GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documents.
Process invoices, purchase entries, and payment records accurately.
Support month-end closing activities and maintain proper financial documentation.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Tally ERP, MS Excel, GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
Experience in bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
Knowledge of financial reporting, invoice processing, payroll, and statutory compliance.
Familiarity with ERP/accounting software, taxation, and audit documentation.
Strong analytical, numerical, organizational, and communication skills.
Eligibility
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
0–12 months of experience in accounting or finance.
Basic knowledge of Tally ERP and MS Excel.
Understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting fundamentals.
Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
