Job Description:
M G Mehta & Sons is looking for a Basic Accountant to manage daily accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to handle routine accounting tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and records
• Handle purchase, sales, and expense entries
• Prepare invoices and maintain billing records
• Perform bank reconciliation and ledger maintenance
• Manage vouchers and financial documentation
• Assist in GST-related accounting work
• Maintain accurate records of transactions
• Support senior accountants in daily accounting activities
• Prepare basic reports as required
• Ensure proper filing and documentation of accounts records
Required Skills:
• Basic Accounting Knowledge
• Tally ERP / Tally Prime
• MS Excel
• Bookkeeping
• Invoice & Billing Management
• Bank Reconciliation
• GST Basics
• Data Entry Skills
• Attention to Detail
Eligibility:
• B.Com or equivalent qualification preferred
• 1 Year of Experience in Accounting Field
• Good numerical and organizational skills required
