About the Role
Mistry & Shah LLP is looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting, taxation, and financial reporting while maintaining compliance with statutory regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and financial records accurately.
Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance reports.
Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
Process invoices, vouchers, and financial transactions efficiently.
Assist in financial reporting, audits, and month-end/year-end closing activities.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Tally ERP, MS Excel, GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles.
Experience with bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
Knowledge of financial reporting, invoice processing, and taxation compliance.
Familiarity with accounting software, ERP systems, and statutory regulations.
Strong analytical, numerical, organizational, and communication skills.
Eligibility
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
1.5–2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
Hands-on experience with Tally ERP and MS Excel.
Good understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
Ability to work accurately, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
