Job Description

 Installation and Commissioning: Assist in the installation and commissioning of Cranes at
client sites. Ensure all components are properly assembled, calibrated, and functioning
correctly.
 Preventive Maintenance: Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules for
Overhead cranes & EOT cranes at client locations. Conduct routine checks, replace parts as
needed, and proactively identify potential issues before they escalate.
 Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of service activities, including
repairs, maintenance tasks, spare parts used, and other relevant information. Prepare service
reports for clients and internal management.
 Spare Parts Management: Keep track of inventory levels for spare parts and consumables.
Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of required
parts.
 Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety guidelines and industry regulations while
performing service tasks. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at all
times.
 Crane AMC – PMC schedule & service activity / Paid –Service.
 Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for service process improvement and
contribute to the enhancement of service efficiency and effectiveness.
 Technical Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest advancements in Crane segment &
technology and relevant industry trends. Participate in training programs to enhance
technical skills and knowledge.
 Keeping the customer informed and ensure all work completed is done with their approval.
Key Responsibilities :
 Equipment Maintenance and Repairs:
Perform regular maintenance, inspections, and repairs on industrial Cranes &
ensure they operate efficiently and safely. Troubleshoot issues and diagnose problems
accurately to implement effective solutions promptly
