Job Overview
MONARCH GROUP is looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to manage financial operations, ensure compliance, and maintain accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations
• Prepare financial statements & reports
• Handle GST, TDS, and tax compliance
• Maintain ledgers, balance sheets & reconciliations
• Manage accounts payable & receivable
• Conduct financial analysis & budgeting
• Coordinate with auditors and ensure compliance
• Monitor cash flow and financial transactions
Required Skills
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles & standards
• Expertise in GST, TDS, and taxation
• Proficiency in Tally / Busy / ERP software
• Advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
• Financial reporting & analysis skills
• Attention to detail & accuracy
• Time management & multitasking ability
• Problem-solving & analytical thinking
Eligibility Criteria
• B.Com / M.Com qualification required
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in accounting
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and taxation
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
• Good communication and organizational skills
