Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Job Overview:
We are seeking a Sales Coordinator with at least 1 year of experience to support our sales team in achieving targets and ensuring smooth operations. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with sales activities, managing customer inquiries, and coordinating sales projects to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities:
– Support sales representatives in daily administrative tasks
– Handle customer inquiries and provide product information
– Coordinate sales projects and track progress
– Prepare sales reports and updates for management
– Assist in organizing sales events and product demonstrations
– Maintain customer database and update records
– Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless workflow
– Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
– Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales coordination role
– Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
