NinjaTech is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, generating leads, and building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills with the ability to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends
• Prepare and deliver business presentations and proposals
• Negotiate contracts and close business deals
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and client interactions in CRM
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Attend client meetings and networking events as required
• Provide regular reports on business development activities and performance
