Job Description: IT Recruiter
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in recruiting for IT positions. The IT Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to fill technical roles within the company.
Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements
– Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels
– Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
– Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
– Provide feedback to hiring managers on candidate profiles
– Maintain candidate databases and manage applicant tracking systems
– Participate in recruitment events and job fairs
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
– Minimum 1 year of experience as an IT Recruiter
– Solid understanding of technical IT roles and requirements
– Proven track record in sourcing and recruiting IT professionals
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
