Job Description:
Cypherox Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and help attract top talent. The candidate should have strong communication, sourcing, and candidate management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
• Schedule and coordinate interviews
• Conduct initial HR screening rounds
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements
• Manage candidate communication and follow-ups
• Support onboarding and joining formalities
• Prepare recruitment reports and updates
Required Skills:
• Recruitment and talent acquisition
• Resume screening
• Interview coordination
• Candidate sourcing (Job Portals, LinkedIn)

Eligibility:
• Graduate / MBA HR Preferred
• 1 to 2.5 Years of Experience
