Job Description:
NSIQ Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the recruitment process and help build a talented workforce. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting end-to-end hiring activities.
Job Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job portals and social platforms
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Conduct initial HR screening rounds
Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records
Follow up with selected candidates
Prepare recruitment reports and updates
Assist in onboarding process
Support overall HR recruitment activities
Required Skills:
Strong recruitment and sourcing knowledge
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Resume screening and interview coordination
Knowledge of recruitment portals
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Good organizational and follow-up skills
Time management and multitasking ability
Eligibility:
1–2 years of experience in recruitment / HR
Relevant qualification in HR / Management preferred
