Job Description:
Astron Inc is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the recruitment process and support hiring activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, knowledge of recruitment processes, and the ability to identify and attract suitable candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
• Conduct initial candidate interviews and coordinate further interview rounds
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment records
• Coordinate with hiring managers for manpower requirements
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Prepare recruitment reports and updates
• Assist in onboarding and joining formalities
• Maintain positive relationships with candidates
