Job Description:
M G Mehta & Sons is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Basic Accountant to handle daily accounting tasks and maintain accurate financial records. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, good organizational skills, and the ability to support day-to-day financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain daily accounting entries and financial records
• Prepare invoices, vouchers, and payment entries
• Handle accounts payable and receivable records
• Perform basic bank reconciliation tasks
• Assist in GST-related documentation and record keeping
• Maintain cash book and ledger entries
• Organize financial documents and files
• Support monthly financial reporting activities
• Ensure accuracy in data entry and accounting records
• Follow company accounting policies and procedures
Required Skills:
• Basic Accounting Knowledge
• Bookkeeping
• Tally ERP / Tally Prime
• MS Excel
• GST Basics
• Bank Reconciliation
• Invoice Preparation
Eligibility:
• B.Com or Relevant Qualification Preferred
• 1 Year of Experience
• Freshers with good accounting knowledge can also apply
