Job Description:
NIV LIGHTS Private Limited is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account Executive to manage daily accounting activities and support financial operations. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, good numerical ability, and the willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain daily accounting records and entries
• Handle invoices, vouchers, and billing activities
• Assist in accounts payable and receivable management
• Maintain financial documents and records
• Perform data entry and update accounting information
• Assist in bank reconciliation and account statements
• Support GST and other accounting-related activities
• Prepare basic reports as required
• Coordinate with internal teams for accounting tasks
• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned work
Required Skills:
