Title: Back Office Executive
Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to support day-to-day administrative and operational activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing documentation, data entry, coordination, and internal support functions to ensure smooth office operations and timely execution of tasks.
Role & Responsibilities
Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and documentation
Perform data entry and update information in internal systems and databases
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and MIS as required
Support front office, sales, HR, and finance teams with administrative tasks
Handle email communication, internal coordination, and follow-ups
Process invoices, purchase orders, and basic billing documentation
Maintain office records, logs, and registers
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments as needed
Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and proper documentation flow
Assist in day-to-day office operations and process improvements
Meet deadlines and support management with operational requirements
Education / Certification
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Administrative or office management certification is an added advantage
Knowledge / Experience / Skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong data entry and documentation skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Basic knowledge of office procedures and workflows
Attention to detail and accuracy
Good time management and multitasking ability
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Basic knowledge of ERP or CRM systems is a plus
