Job Title: Assistant Manager – Quality (QMS)
Location: Rohtak
Work Location Type: On-site
Employment Type: Full-time
Career Level: Mid to Senior Level
Working Days: 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)
Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 10–12 years in the Automobile Industry (preferably in forging or fastener manufacturing)
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with IATF 16949 standards
Lead internal audits and coordinate external audits by customers and certification bodies
Identify quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions
Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to ensure quality compliance
Develop, implement, and monitor quality procedures and documentation
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product and process quality
Ensure adherence to customer-specific requirements and regulatory standards
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and SPC
Proven experience in quality assurance, especially in forging or fastener manufacturing
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective leadership and team management capabilities
Strong communication and documentation skills.
