AiHR Enterprises Private Limited is looking for a dynamic and experienced HRBP – Assistant Manager to support business leaders in managing human resources functions effectively. The candidate will act as a strategic partner to align HR practices with business goals while ensuring a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and implement HR strategies.
Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
Handle employee relations, resolve workplace issues, and maintain a healthy work environment.
Implement and monitor performance management systems (PMS).
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Drive employee engagement, retention, and development initiatives.
Support training and development programs for employees.
Maintain HR reports, analytics, and employee records.
Assist management in organizational development and change management initiatives.
