Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Assistant Corporate Manager to support corporate operations, management coordination, and business processes. The ideal candidate will assist senior management in planning, execution, reporting, and inter-department coordination to ensure smooth and efficient corporate functioning.
Responsibilities:
– Assist senior management in day-to-day corporate operations and decision support.
– Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely execution of tasks.
– Support strategic planning, implementation, and monitoring of corporate initiatives.
– Prepare MIS reports, presentations, and management dashboards.
– Monitor business performance metrics and assist in data analysis.
– Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain Minutes of Meetings (MoM).
– Support policy implementation, SOP adherence, and compliance requirements.
– Assist in vendor coordination, contract follow-ups, and service management.
– Support budgeting, expense monitoring, and cost-control activities.
– Handle official correspondence, documentation, and record management.
– Act as a liaison between management, teams, and external stakeholders.
– Assist in project coordination, follow-ups, and deadline tracking.
– Ensure smooth communication and execution across corporate functions.
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
– 2–5 years of experience in corporate management, operations, or coordination roles.
– Strong coordination, organizational, and multitasking skills.
– Good understanding of corporate operations and business processes.
– Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
– Ability to prepare MIS reports and management presentations.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
– Professional attitude with attention to detail and confidentiality.
Qualifications:
– Graduate / MBA in Management or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
– Experience in corporate offices, MNCs, or structured organizations is a plus.
– Hands-on experience in reporting, coordination, or operations support preferred.
– Strong commitment to organizational goals and corporate ethics.
