Job Summary
Panam Texfab Private Limited is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive with 1–2 years of experience in handling day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, strong numerical accuracy, and familiarity with accounting software.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain books of accounts and ledger entries
Handle accounts payable and receivable
Prepare invoices and manage billing processes
Perform bank reconciliation statements
Assist in GST, TDS, and other tax-related work
Maintain financial records and documentation
Support in preparation of financial statements
Coordinate with auditors and internal teams
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of accounting principles
Experience in Tally ERP / Tally Prime
Good working knowledge of MS Excel
Understanding of GST and taxation basics
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and coordination skills
Eligibility Criteria
Inter CA / Graduate / HSC
1–2 years of relevant accounting experience
Basic computer and accounting software knowledge
Ability to manage financial records efficiently
