Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records. The candidate will be responsible for handling transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update financial records and accounting entries
Handle accounts payable and receivable
Prepare invoices, bills, and financial statements
Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial reports
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances
Coordinate with auditors and support audit processes
Monitor expenses and maintain proper documentation
Use accounting software for accurate data management
Education / Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
Relevant experience in accounting or finance is preferred
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of accounting principles
Experience with accounting software such as Tally
Good understanding of GST, TDS, and financial regulations
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting
Attention to detail and accuracy
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
