Job Description
Position: Accounts & Tally Operator
Location: Marol, Andheri East, Mumbai
(Near Marol Naka Metro Station)
Salary: Up to ₹18,000 per month (Fixed)
Key Responsibilities
Tally Entries:Record daily financial transactions using Tally software.
Process and verify voucher entries, payments, and receipts.
Accounting Tasks:Maintain and update general ledger accounts.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports.
Ensure that all accounting operations are in line with company policies.
Reconciliation:Perform bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies.
Support monthly and annual closing procedures.
Documentation:Organize and maintain financial records and supporting documents.
Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation when required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:Minimum 1+ years of relevant work experience in accounting with Tally proficiency.
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of Tally software for accounting operations.
Familiarity with basic accounting principles and procedures.
Attention to Detail:Ability to accurately process financial transactions and maintain error-free records.
Organizational Skills:Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
Efficient in meeting deadlines and working in a fast-paced environment.
