Job Description:
JAYDEEP MOTORS is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage daily financial transactions and maintain accurate financial records. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, excellent numerical skills, and the ability to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions
• Prepare invoices, vouchers, and payment entries
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash records
• Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance records
• Assist in monthly and yearly financial reporting
• Maintain accurate ledgers and accounting documentation
• Coordinate with auditors and support audit activities
• Monitor expenses and ensure proper financial documentation
• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies
Required Skills:
• Accounting and Bookkeeping
• Tally ERP / Tally Prime
• GST and TDS Knowledge
• MS Excel and Computer Skills
• Financial Reporting
• Bank Reconciliation
• Attention to Detail
Eligibility:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce or Relevant Field Preferred
• 2 to 3 Years of Experience
• Good knowledge of accounting software and taxation
