Job Overview
SWEC Education and Immigration Services is seeking an experienced Accountant to manage daily accounting operations, financial records, and compliance activities. The candidate will ensure accuracy in financial reporting and support the organization’s financial health.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain books of accounts and daily accounting entries
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
Perform bank reconciliation and ledger maintenance
Prepare financial statements, reports, and MIS
Manage billing, invoicing, and expense tracking
Handle GST, TDS, and basic taxation compliance
Assist in audits and statutory compliance
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial data
Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Accounting & Bookkeeping
Proficiency in Tally / Accounting Software
GST, TDS, and basic taxation knowledge
Financial reporting and reconciliation skills
MS Excel and MS Office proficiency
Attention to detail and accuracy
Time management and ability to meet deadlines
Good communication and coordination skills
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in Commerce, Accounting, or related field
2 to 5 years of relevant accounting experience
Hands-on experience with accounting software
Strong understanding of financial processes and compliance
