Overview
Akshay Coach Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, billing, and GST compliance. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial records and support statutory requirements.
Role & Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities
Prepare and manage billing, invoices, and payment vouchers
Maintain books of accounts using Tally
Record purchase, sales, expense, and journal entries
Perform bank, cash, and ledger reconciliations
Prepare and file GST returns and related documentation
Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documents
Assist in monthly and yearly account closing
Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal departments
Support audits and compliance activities as required
Education / Qualification
Graduate (B.Com / Accounts background preferred)
Knowledge / Skills
Proficiency in Tally
Working knowledge of Billing and GST
Good understanding of accounting principles
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
High attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and coordination skills
