Job Description:
Capgemini is seeking talented and motivated Accounting professionals (Fresher and Experienced) to join our dynamic team. We are looking for candidates who have a passion for numbers and finance and are eager to grow in the accounting domain. This position is open to both freshers and experienced candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform various accounting tasks including journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close.
Process and review financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Maintain financial records and ensure they are up to date.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and improve accounting processes.
Support audits and ensure timely submission of accounting information.
Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable tasks.
Assist with general ledger accounting and reporting.
Ensure adherence to accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Any Graduation (B.Com, BBA, or equivalent preferred).
Freshers with basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes are welcome to apply.
Experience candidates should have prior experience in accounting, finance, or related fields.
Knowledge of accounting software/tools (e.g., SAP, Tally, Oracle) is a plus.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
