Job Description:
JAINAM ALTERNATE ENERGY PVT. LTD. is looking for a detail-oriented Account Assistant to support daily accounting operations, maintain financial records, and assist the accounts team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain daily accounting records and entries
• Assist with bookkeeping and ledger management
• Prepare and process invoices and vouchers
• Support GST-related documentation and reporting
• Perform bank reconciliation activities
• Maintain financial records and documentation
• Assist in accounts payable and receivable tasks
• Prepare reports using MS Excel
• Coordinate with internal departments for accounting support
• Ensure accuracy of financial data and records
Required Skills:
• Accounting fundamentals
• Tally ERP / Tally Prime
• MS Excel proficiency
• Bookkeeping and ledger management
• GST and taxation basics
• Invoice preparation and processing
• Attention to detail
Eligibility:
• Commerce Graduate Preferred
• 0 to 12 Months of Experience
• Basic accounting knowledge required
