Overview
Arihant Steel is looking for a responsible and multi-skilled Accounts Assistant / Dispatch & Collection Executive to support accounting tasks, manage dispatch follow-ups, and handle collections. The role requires coordination with customers, transporters, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

Role & Responsibilities
Assist in basic accounting and record-keeping activities
Prepare and maintain bills, invoices, and delivery documents
Follow up on dispatch schedules with transporters and customers
Coordinate goods dispatch and delivery status
Visit customers for payment collection as required
Maintain collection records and submit payments on time
Update dispatch, billing, and collection registers
Coordinate with accounts and sales teams for outstanding follow-ups
Ensure proper documentation and record accuracy
Perform additional tasks as assigned by management

Education / Qualification
12th Commerce (mandatory)

Knowledge / Skills
Basic knowledge of accounts and billing
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to travel locally for collections and follow-ups
Basic computer knowledge (Excel/Office preferred)
Honest, responsible, and disciplined attitude
