Job Description:
Nanshe Excel Water Science is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account Executive to manage daily accounting activities and support financial operations. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, good analytical skills, and the ability to maintain accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain day-to-day accounting records
• Handle billing, invoices, and payment entries
• Manage accounts payable and receivable activities
• Perform bank reconciliation and ledger maintenance
• Assist in preparing financial reports and statements
• Maintain proper documentation of accounting records
• Coordinate with internal teams for accounting-related tasks
• Support senior accountants in daily financial operations
Required Skills:
• Accounting Knowledge
• Tally ERP / Tally Prime Knowledge
• MS Excel Skills
• Bookkeeping
• Invoice Management
• Bank Reconciliation
• Ledger Maintenance
• Financial Documentation
Eligibility:
• B.Com or equivalent qualification preferred
• Freshers can apply
