Job Description:
RKC Infrabuilt Pvt. Ltd is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Account Executive to manage accounting activities and provide financial support to the organization. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, good analytical skills, and the ability to maintain accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain day-to-day accounting records
• Prepare and manage invoices, vouchers, and bills
• Handle accounts payable and receivable activities
• Perform bank reconciliation and ledger maintenance
• Assist in GST and other accounting-related activities
• Maintain financial documents and records
• Prepare reports and support monthly accounting processes
• Coordinate with internal teams for accounting requirements
• Ensure accuracy in financial entries and documentation
Required Skills:
• Basic Accounting Knowledge
• Tally ERP / Tally Prime Knowledge
• MS Excel Proficiency
• Bookkeeping
• Invoice & Billing Management
• Ledger Management
• Bank Reconciliation
• GST Basics
• Financial Reporting
