Job Description:
Inspirei Solution is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Executive to assist with daily accounting operations and financial record management. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, proficiency in accounting software, and the ability to maintain accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in maintaining daily accounting records and financial transactions
• Prepare and process invoices, vouchers, and payment entries
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain ledger accounts
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
• Maintain GST, TDS, and other statutory records as required
• Prepare financial reports and assist in monthly closing activities
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records
• Coordinate with internal teams and auditors when required
• Assist in preparing MIS reports and financial statements
• Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned
Required Skills:
• Basic Accounting Knowledge
• Tally ERP/Tally Prime
• MS Excel and MS Office
• Bookkeeping
• Bank Reconciliation
• Accounts Payable & Receivable
• GST & TDS Basics
• Attention to Detail
Eligibility:
• B.Com or Equivalent Qualification Preferred
• 0–1 Year of Experience in Accounting or Finance
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills required
