Job Description
Dhruvil B Shah & Co. is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to assist with day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and financial documentation. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of accounting principles, be eager to learn, and possess good analytical and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
Prepare and process invoices, vouchers, and journal entries.
Assist in accounts payable and receivable activities.
Perform bank reconciliation and maintain ledgers.
Support GST-related documentation and basic taxation work.
Prepare financial reports and maintain accounting records.
Handle filing and documentation of financial documents.
Assist with payroll and expense record maintenance.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams regarding accounting matters.
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.

Eligibility Criteria
B.Com or equivalent qualification (Preferred).
Freshers are welcome to apply.

Willingness to learn and grow in the accounting profession.
