Job Description:
Opti Matrix Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account Executive to manage accounting operations and support financial activities. The ideal candidate should have good accounting knowledge, accuracy in handling financial records, and the ability to manage daily accounting tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain daily accounting entries and records
• Handle invoices, billing, and payment-related activities
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Perform bank reconciliation and ledger maintenance
• Prepare financial reports and account statements
• Maintain proper documentation of financial records
• Assist in GST and taxation-related activities
• Handle data entry and accounting software operations
• Coordinate with internal teams for accounting requirements
• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned tasks
Required Skills:

• Tally ERP / Tally Prime
• MS Excel Proficiency
• Bookkeeping

Eligibility:
• Graduate Preferred
• 6 Months to 2 Years of Experience in Accounting
• Good communication and analytical skills required
