Job Description:
GetOnCRM Solutions is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for recruitment, and the ability to identify and attract the right talent for various job roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
• Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate further interview rounds
• Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements
• Prepare job postings and publish them on various recruitment platforms
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining formalities
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs
• Support other HR activities as required
