Job Description:
Saawahi IT Solution LLP is looking for a dedicated HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes, identify suitable candidates, and support hiring requirements. The candidate should have good communication skills and recruitment knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source candidates through various job portals
• Screen resumes and shortlist profiles
• Schedule and coordinate interviews
• Communicate with candidates regarding job opportunities
• Conduct initial HR screening
• Maintain candidate database
• Coordinate with hiring managers
• Follow up with candidates
• Prepare recruitment reports
• Support overall hiring activities

Eligibility:
• Graduate / MBA HR Preferred
