Title: Audit, Taxation & Accounting Executive

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable professional to handle audit, taxation, and accounting functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring statutory compliance, supporting audits, and managing direct and indirect taxation activities.

Role & Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and books of accounts
Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Handle GST, TDS, income tax returns, and other statutory filings
Assist in tax calculations, assessments, and compliance activities
Support internal and external audits and respond to audit queries
Prepare audit schedules, working papers, and documentation
Perform bank, ledger, and balance sheet reconciliations
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and internal teams
Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documents
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Keep updated with changes in taxation laws and accounting standards

Education / Certification
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field
CA (Inter/Final), CMA, CPA, or relevant certification preferred

Knowledge / Experience / Skills
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
Hands-on experience in audit, taxation, and statutory compliance
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, or similar)
Good understanding of GST, TDS, and income tax laws
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage deadlines and multiple assignments
Good communication and coordination skills
