Prasiddhi Adcon Private Limited is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to manage full-time office operations, documentation, and coordination work. This role is suitable for both freshers and candidates with up to 12 months of experience.
Roles & Responsibilities
Perform daily back office and administrative tasks
Maintain records, files, and documentation properly
Handle data entry and maintain reports in Excel
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow
Assist in billing, invoice processing, and documentation
Manage emails and basic office correspondence
Support accounts and operations team as required
Required Skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
Good documentation and record-keeping skills
Basic accounting understanding (preferred)
Strong attention to detail
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to work full-time in office
Eligibility
B.Com Graduate
0–12 months experience
