• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Handle employee relations and engagement initiatives
• Oversee performance management and appraisal processes
• Manage payroll coordination and HR operations

• Conduct training and development programs
• Resolve employee grievances and workplace issues
• Maintain HR records and documentation
