Excellent Webworld is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to gather and analyze business requirements, improve processes, and bridge the gap between stakeholders and development teams. The candidate should possess strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Prepare BRD, FRD, and functional specifications
• Conduct stakeholder meetings and requirement workshops
• Create user stories, use cases, and workflow diagrams
• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements
• Coordinate with development and QA teams
• Perform market and competitor analysis
• Manage requirement changes and project scope
• Prepare reports and business insights
• Ensure successful delivery of solutions aligned with business needs
