Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to support the operations and management of our business. The ideal candidate will assist the Manager in overseeing staff, implementing policies and procedures, and ensuring efficient and effective operations. The Assistant Manager will play a key role in driving productivity and profitability within the organization.
Responsibilities:
– Assist the Manager in day-to-day operations and decision-making
– Supervise and coordinate staff activities to ensure excellent customer service
– Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
– Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
– Resolve customer complaints and address any issues that arise
– Train and onboard new employees
– Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff
– Assist in creating schedules and managing payroll
– Collaborate with the Manager to develop strategies for business growth
Requirements:
– 5+ years of experience in a managerial role
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Proven ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
– Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices
– Excellent problem-solving abilities
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
