Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in accounting, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
– Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and general ledger accounts
– Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
– Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
– Process accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions
– Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
– Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to improve efficiency and profitability
– Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
– 1+ years of accounting experience
– Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
– Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
– Knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
– CPA or progress towards CPA certification preferred
– Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software
– Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
