Job Overview
Eximious Global Ltd. is looking for a motivated US IT / Non-IT Recruiter (Junior) to support recruitment activities for US clients. The role involves sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating the hiring process.
Job Responsibilities
• Source candidates using job portals and platforms like LinkedIn and other databases
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
• Understand job requirements and match candidate profiles
• Conduct initial screening calls with candidates
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with clients
• Maintain candidate records and update databases
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Work according to US time zones when required
Required Skills
• Basic understanding of recruitment process
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with job portals and sourcing techniques
• Basic knowledge of US staffing (W2, C2C, 1099)
• Ability to work in night shifts (US timings)
• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Attention to detail and organizational skills

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
