Job Summary
Amnex Infotechnologies is seeking a detail-oriented Tender / Bid Executive with IT exposure to manage and support tendering and bidding activities. The role involves preparing compliant bid documents, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely submission of IT tenders across government and private platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and track relevant IT tenders, RFPs, RFQs, and EOIs
Analyze tender documents for eligibility, scope, and compliance
Prepare and compile technical and commercial bid documents
Coordinate with sales, presales, and technical teams for inputs
Manage e-procurement portals and online bid submissions
Ensure bids meet all submission deadlines and requirements
Maintain records of submitted tenders and bid status
Support costing, BOQ preparation, and documentation
Handle post-bid clarifications and follow-ups
Required Skills
Basic understanding of IT services and solutions
Knowledge of tendering and bidding processes
Ability to read and interpret RFP/RFQ documents
Strong documentation and proposal-writing skills
Familiarity with government tender portals and e-procurement
Attention to detail and accuracy
Time management and multitasking ability
Good coordination and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and email communication
