Job Summary
Jitendra Electrotrade LLP is hiring a detail-oriented Tender & Admin Executive with 1–2 years of experience. The candidate will be responsible for managing tender documentation, bid submissions, and supporting administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and submit tender documents (Government & Private)
Handle GeM portal and e-tendering platforms
Prepare BOQ and required compliance documents
Coordinate with vendors and internal departments
Maintain proper records of tenders and submissions
Draft official emails and correspondence
Support daily administrative tasks
Ensure timely submission of bids
Required Skills
Knowledge of tendering procedures
MS Office proficiency (Word & Excel)
Strong documentation and filing skills
Good communication and coordination ability
Attention to detail
Ability to meet deadlines
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any stream
1–2 years of relevant experience
Experience in tender handling preferred
