Job Title: Telesales Executive (Credit Card & Loan – Outbound)
Job Location: Noida Sector 11 (Both-side cab facility available)
Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented individuals to join our telesales team. The role involves reaching out to potential customers to promote and sell credit card and loan products. Candidates must have strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to sell credit card and loan products.
Explain product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria.
Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi.
Ability to persuade and convince potential customers.
Basic knowledge of sales and customer service.
Good listening and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle rejections and work under targets.
Basic computer skills for data entry and CRM usage.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: 10th / 12th / Any education qualification.
Experience: Freshers in any sales field can apply.
Gender: Open to both male and female candidates.
Salary and Benefits:
Salary: ₹11,000 – ₹15,000 per month + incentives.
Performance and attendance bonus up to ₹10,000 – ₹14,000.
Paid training after joining with fixed salary.
No work pressure, supportive work environment.
Work Type:
Work From Office (WFO) – Credit Card & Loan Sales.
