Job Responsibilities
• Handle customer queries via call, email, or chat
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to software, hardware, and networks
• Provide step-by-step technical guidance to users
• Maintain and manage support tickets using tools like Zendesk or Freshdesk
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams
• Ensure timely resolution within SLA
• Maintain logs of issues and resolutions
• Collaborate with internal technical teams
Required Skills
• Strong understanding of computer systems and networking
• Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux)
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience with customer support tools and ticketing systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple issues simultaneously
Eligibility Criteria
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in technical support
• Experience in handling real-world support cases
