Title: Technical Lead
Overview
We are seeking an experienced and technically strong Technical Lead to guide development teams, design robust system architectures, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on technical expertise with leadership skills to drive projects, mentor team members, and align technical execution with business goals.
Role & Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of developers and engineers
Design system architecture and make key technical decisions
Participate in hands-on development, code reviews, and problem-solving
Collaborate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders
Ensure best practices in coding standards, security, and performance
Plan and manage technical tasks, timelines, and deliverables
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide solutions
Guide implementation of new technologies and frameworks
Ensure adherence to SDLC, agile, and DevOps practices
Maintain technical documentation and system diagrams
Education / Certification
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Relevant technical or cloud certifications are a plus
Knowledge / Experience / Skills
Strong expertise in one or more programming languages (Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.)
Experience with system design, architecture, and scalable solutions
Knowledge of frameworks, APIs, databases, and cloud platforms
Proficiency in version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent leadership, mentoring, and communication abilities
Experience working in agile development environments
