Title: Technical Head (AI/ML, MERN, DevOps)
Overview
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Technical Head to lead and oversee the organization’s technology strategy across AI/ML, MERN stack development, and DevOps functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining technical direction, ensuring scalable and secure system architecture, driving innovation, and leading high-performing engineering teams to deliver robust, business-aligned technology solutions.
Role & Responsibilities
Define and execute the overall technology strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals
Lead AI/ML initiatives including model development, deployment, and optimization
Oversee full-stack development using the MERN stack to deliver scalable web applications
Design and maintain DevOps processes including CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and system reliability
Ensure high standards of code quality, architecture, security, and performance
Drive adoption of best practices in software development, MLOps, and DevSecOps
Collaborate with product, business, and leadership teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
Lead, mentor, and manage technical teams across AI, engineering, and DevOps
Review system designs, conduct code reviews, and provide technical guidance
Monitor system performance, scalability, and availability
Manage technical risks, dependencies, and incident response processes
Stay updated on emerging technologies and evaluate their relevance to the organization
Education / Certification
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Certifications in Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), AI/ML, DevOps, or Architecture are a plus
Knowledge / Experience / Skills
Strong experience in technical leadership or engineering management roles
Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts, model lifecycle, and deployment practices
Hands-on experience with MERN stack technologies (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)
Expertise in DevOps tools and practices including CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms
Strong understanding of system architecture, scalability, and performance optimization
Experience with security best practices, DevSecOps, and compliance standards
Ability to align technical solutions with business objectives
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within timelines
