Role & Responsibilities
Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning
Handle customer inquiries and provide product information
Maintain inventory records and ensure timely stock availability
Coordinate purchase, receipt, and dispatch of goods
Supervise store staff and assign daily tasks
Ensure proper display and organization of products
Maintain sales records, bills, and basic documentation
Handle cash transactions and ensure accuracy
Monitor store cleanliness and discipline
Report daily sales and stock status to management

Education / Qualification
12th Pass

Knowledge / Skills
Basic knowledge of store operations and inventory handling
Good communication and customer-handling skills
Basic billing and computer knowledge preferred
Ability to manage staff and daily store activities
Honest, responsible, and organized approach
