Title: Senior Site Engineer
Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Site Engineer to manage and oversee construction site activities, ensure technical accuracy, and deliver projects on time and within quality standards. The ideal candidate will coordinate between design, execution, and site teams while maintaining safety and compliance.
Role & Responsibilities
Plan, supervise, and execute day-to-day site activities
Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and schedules
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors
Monitor quality of work, materials, and workmanship on site
Prepare and review daily progress reports and site documentation
Manage manpower, machinery, and material planning at site
Ensure compliance with safety norms, quality standards, and company policies
Verify measurements, quantities, and support billing activities
Identify technical issues and provide solutions to avoid delays
Support project planning, scheduling, and cost control
Assist in inspections, audits, and handover processes
Education / Certification
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering
Professional or safety certifications are an added advantage
Knowledge / Experience / Skills
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and execution practices
Ability to interpret drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications
Experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and site management tools
Strong leadership and team coordination abilities
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Good communication with internal teams and external stakeholders
Ability to handle multiple site activities under deadlines
