Job Responsibilities
• Create, manage, and optimize campaigns using Meta Ads Manager
• Plan campaign strategies, audience targeting, and budget allocation
• Perform A/B testing to improve campaign performance
• Implement retargeting and lookalike audience strategies
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROI
• Analyze data using tools like Google Analytics
• Coordinate with design and content teams for ad creatives
• Set up Facebook Pixel and conversion tracking
• Stay updated with latest trends and ad policies
Required Skills
• Strong experience in Meta Ads and performance marketing
• Expertise in audience targeting and campaign optimization
• Knowledge of funnel strategies and retargeting
